Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy is a process in which clients work with a qualified mental health clinician one-on-one in a safe, caring and confidential environment to work through experiences from the past, explore current behaviours and issues and learn skills to meet future goals.
Our individual therapy services are designed to help you explore, understand, and overcome personal challenges in a compassionate and confidential setting. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or navigating life transitions or relationships, our skilled therapists offer tailored support to guide you on your path to healing and personal growth. We provide a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, empowering you with the tools and insights to foster self-awareness, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.
We offer an array of affordable services by licensed and experienced professionals. The psychotherapy modalities practiced by our clinicians are evidence based and have been extensively researched. This includes:
Our individual therapy sessions are available in-person, online or via telephone. This offers our clients the flexibility they need. We can meet you wherever you are whenever you’re available. We also offer the option of switching between in-person, online and via telephone. This means you can choose to have some online sessions, some in-person sessions depending on your schedule and availability.
As of January 1, 2024, the fee for individual therapy is $165/session. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are usually scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
Please note that while therapeutic services offered by an MSW level Registered Social Worker are usually covered by most insurance plans in Ontario, we always recommend that you contact your insurer to check.
